 EXPERIENCE YOGA AS A PRACTISE FOR BODY, MIND AND HEART. THE FOCUS OF THIS CLASS IS DROPPING INTO THE BODY, LETTING GO OF WHAT YOU ARE HOLDING AND RE-CONNECTING WITH THE DEEPEST ASPECTS OF YOURSELF. EACH WEEK, WE WILL USE THE TOOLS OF MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK AND YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION TO EXPLORE A DIFFERENT THEME BASED ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION.
