Suitable for all fitness levels; all challenging poses will be taught in a step-by-step style allowing participants to stop where they feel comfortable or take rest when needed. However participants should be familiar with the basics of poses like downward dog and sun salutation and have taken some beginner yoga classes prior to attending. The atmosphere will include opportunities for play and also moments for deep personal work and reflection.
